VERMETID SNAILS: Help me kill'em all.... please.

They are not completely taking over as of yet, but they are producing. I would like to get a handle on it before it gets out of control. I feed a small pinch of sinking Marine pallets once per day, so i don't necessarily feel like im feeding too much, but its obvious that may be the case.

Any fish or inverts that will munch on these?

I've seen my bumblebee snails eat them. I also noticed when I stopped dosing phytoplankton they didn't put their 'strings' out as much to bother my corals. I usually just break them off with my finger or my forceps.

Sweet, I'll look into those. Someone said emerald crabs as well. My corals love phyto! I only dose it once a week, but i can stop for a month and see what happens. Maybe ill try a different food as well and see if that helps

I stopped dosing phyto and changed to Reef Energy daily and reef roids once a week and my corals are very happy.

Nope, I feed pretty heavy with Reef Frenzy and they are all doing fine.
