Looking at this coral I noticed a few kind of brittle tubes emanating from the coral skeleton; are these vermetid snails?

If so, will some superglue over the tube be enough to kill them?

Also, are those barnacles on the coral skeleton as well?

yep I just started getting them.. I saw a few 3-4 and now 2 weeks later I am seeing 2-3 times that amount. How can we get rid of these freaken things? Mine are on back of the rock where I can't get too really.

@Xclusive Reef i managed to cover the couple I had with superglue and after two days I pulled off the glue and the dead snails came out with it. Lucky I guess.

yea but what you do about the ones growing in the back of the rock? I am not about to break my scape down to get these snails where i am sure they will come back cause all it takes is 1 that you miss somewhere deep inside the rocks.
