vermetid snails

So I have a lot of vermetid snails in my tank to many to just cut off my rock and it’s stinging my zoas and killing them.... is there anything I can do/get to get rid of these other than just cutting them off?

Place voral putty over them. I for the first time found two today within a colony of grandis. I grabbed a pair of pliers and lucky for me got it all off on one tug

Yeah that’s what I might have to do I was hoping there was something that could eat them because there is so many of them
