just turned a rock over to fit a frag and seen a circular thingy with a antenna sticking out? Is it a vermatid snail?

Could be... you really need a better pic. Maybe less blue light?

The thing under your frag doesn't look like a vermetid to me, but the ones I circled in red below do look like vermetids. They typically have a coil at the base and then extend a tube up from that. Small them with tweezers or bone cutters and make sure you get all the way down to the base or they'll just regrow.

dang didn’t even see them any idea what’s under my frag then it kind of looks like a white sponge with a circular thing at the top and there’s 2 antenas sticking out now

I'm not really sure. The base looks like a sponge but the coil and antennae look like something different.
That’s what I thought what if a vermatid snail got into a sponge or am I reaching at straws here

I would break it off with a pliers and discard. Any surprise could become a future nightmare.

Ever with corals on it, it can be out of the water for 5 minutes easy, probably longer.

Had a look again pretty sure they are ball tip anemones? Can see it better in blue light when they open. And no one else have a clue what that white thing is ?

Haha, no worries. Spirorbid worms are virtually harmless, so if that is what is pictured than it shouldn’t be a problem. The best person to ID this will be you, since you can see it in person. Please feel free to google pics of spirorbid worms and see if the ID matches. They usually burrow
into rocks/LPS skeletons && then stick our their antennae which sounds somewhat like your description. Sadly though, the pics don’t match :(

With that being said, I agree with @vetteguy53081. It is better to be safe than sorry. So if you can take whatever the item pictured is outside of the tank, than that would be best. Personally, I’d usw tweezers to get it off that rock. But if you can’t, just monitor that area and ensure it doesn’t affect your corals. Best of luck!
