Vermited snail issue

HI All,
I found a bunch of vermited snails all over my live rock in my DT. I decided to take out all my rock and let them bake in the the south Texas 100 degree heat for several weeks. my questios would it be safe to return the rock to my DT or is there a possibllty of the pest returning. Please advice.

They would not retun but you will need to cure the rocks in a bin with a pump and heater to let all of the organics rot out.

Hopefully a few weeks at 100 degrees is enough...
I know they can survive a week in bleach solution and another week drying out in a garage.
