I downloaded mobius, created an account, input tank name but nothing shows up as an available device. Blue tooth turned on. I have the versa pump plugged in but can not go any farther.
I did search but could not find any info. Any thoughts? Thank you for any help

i did the same but dont' see anything on my tank either, no radion's or MP40's either.

Make sure your location is on in your phone... for some reason this is an issue with a few different companies that use the bluetooth connections.

location is on, is there a way to send the radion into pairing mode?

I just downloaded the app myself to try and it dodnt see my devices either. Maybe someone with more inside knowledge knows. Lol

The only device that it currently works with is the Versa dosing pump.
I would try removing app and re installing it. Then try making a new tank
and see if it shows up then.

Ah, I thought they were up and working since the new gen 5 lights say they are on with the mobius app.

So uninstalling the app and giving permission to location on my galaxy s8 fixed the problem for me.
Now my daughter is trying to log on to our account from her iPhone 10 and her newest gen ipad but she can not log in. She gets an authentication error after putting in the username. Any thoughts on that problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Not working on s8, Devises found and locks up

It finally worked on my s8. I had to uninstall the app, redownload and give permission to photos and location. It did take about 25 minutes to complete the firmware uodate in the versa.
The versa is the only thing that is going to shiw up at this point.

Glass you were able to fix it. Yes, many peoples issue is when they install the app they do not give all the permissions which can be an issue. Also some older phones are not capable if BLE connections.

Still a few months out for legacy equiptment. Just the Versa and G5 are controllable with Mobius

Yes giving the permission for location fixed the problem. Thanks for following up
