Okay, you want to test the raw water coming from your source and the water after th RO membrane. 50 ppm direct from your source water is incredibly low. So low, I'm not sure that's what you mean. But, okay. If your source water is 50 ppm and the water after the membrane is 23 ppm then you have about a 50% rejection rate which is terrible and tells you you need to replace the membrane. Your membrane rejection rate should be somewhere in the range of 95%-98/99% depending on your membrane. The di resin is still good, that's why the final output is 0 ppm, but you are going to deplete your di resin very fast when you feed it 25 ppm water.
Get a DOW chemical 100gpd membrane from the cheapest on line source. Should be about $45. I would replace the prefilters regardless. I run a 1 micron sediment filter with a 0.5 micron carbon filter. You can get this stuff from Marine Depot.
