Vertex dosing pump and dosing question

I just bought a vertex doing pump and I have a question on dosing. If I'm dosing about 90 to 100 ml a day on cal and alk should I dose it all at once or break it up over the day? ie 20 ml 5 x a day.

throughout the day would be ideal so you dont have any spikes of what you are gonna dose
