Anyone using one of these dosing pumps.
Problem with mine is it keeps switching itself off which as you know is not good for stability.
I have contacted them & they suggested updating firmware. However the operating system is too 'new' to recognise it. To which they suggested "find someones older operating system to borrow. "
Might sound easy enough but friends all have same as mine.
Since then they have refused to answer any emails etc.
