Vertex RODI Not Producing Water

Hello! I have a vertex puratek rodi system that has been operation for the past four years. I’ve kept up with changing the media and RO resin approx every six months. But now suddenly it is saying ‘reservoir full’ and refusing to output more water. I’ve checked and replaced the product hose, running it into an empty container but I still get the same message. Do you know what could cause this or what could fix it?

Sounds like the high pressure switch is stuck. Unplug the line going to it and then see if the unit will work. If it does then you will need a new one if you really need it. It is only needed if you are using the unit with a float valve that shuts the unit off.

If that is not it then the sol valve may have gone bad. Third option is the controller is malfunctioning.

I've had the same problem for months and it drove me crazy make sure your last chamber with the DI resin is in the right direction the cap needs to face down hole on top its says resiovior full because if you have the cap of the DI resin up the water has no where to go and it tells the unit to shut down try this it finally worked for me after months of frustration this should be your problem if not maybe the high pressure switch or one of the solenoids best of luck my friend
