Vertex still in business?

Noticed they haven't posted on FB in a year. Rumors they have stopped US distribution.

Any truth to that?

I spoke to a sales rep for Vertex that happens to live down the street from me. Apparently their retooling a lot of their designs and going with some awesome quality pumps for the next generation. That might explain the lack of posting.
