A LFS has a Lobophyllia hemprichii that I was thinking of getting. It is almost white with just a touch of pink left. Is there anyway to save it with most of its pigment gone? If so any ideas? Thanks. Or, should I just leave it to die. I wish they would not even carry corals with the care they give them.

it'll be tough, but you can nurse it back to health....it will need a fair bit of target feedings and constant observation before it can regain some of the zooxanthellae that was lost...but very much doable, imo
