Very Concerned Ich??

Hey I just bought this fish at the lfs he was perfect got him home saw wht I would be familiar with ich The little white spots....dosed my tank with kick-ich bc they said it’s coral safe now my fish looks sooooooo bad never seen it like this can anyone tell me what’s going on or what this is?? Could this be fungus the texture has totally changed??

I'm no expert, but those are some really strange formations. Kinda looks like Lymphocystis to me.
