Very disappointed with Apex support

oh yea man i get ya. a couple hrs with out power can be devastating.

Make sure the power outage alert is the last one on this alarms list. I read somewhere that this makes a difference, idk how much truth is in that but worth a shot. I saw some people stating us the code "If Power Eb8_3 off 001 then ON" possibly try that? unplug it wait a minute and see if send the alarm. I have mine stated at 000 and works fine but who knows also worth a shot trying 001.

I'm at work right now and will try and think of some possible solutions and if we can't get figured out I'll set mine up similar to how yours is set up and try to figure it out
