Very Disappointed with Zoanuts!

I purchased some really nice LPS from Zoanuts about 6 weeks ago. Spent about $850 with them in the past 6 months. All corals are amazing and his service is impeccable. Place most recent order to get a purple torch and a few others. The torch never opened and after a week it died. I kept in touch with Dustin the owner on a daily to bi-daily basis. All other corals in this shipment are doing awesome. The torch was very expensive and was to be the centerpiece of my tank. To make a long story short, Dustin promised me another piece and he would make good on it. Since then, I have emailed him at least 6 times with no response at all. Even if he told me to take a hike, I would be fine with that. I do not expect him to pay shipping and I would even buy more corals with the replacement torch. I am just really diappointed that he did not even get back to me on repeated emails.

Needless to say, I will not be shopping with him any longer and I will be discouraging all of the members from my local reef club and forums not to order from him.

Sorry it came to this, but I have waited 6 weeks.
 
that's alot of money to spend with a company to not get better service! Communication goes A LONG way.... seems businesses forget that these days.
 
Situation was resolved professionally and I am very satisfied. I will purchase from oanuts again in the near future.
