very disappointing in the quality of this Ecotech diffuser

I had this issue with one of my diffuser and found that the white plate was not mounted propery. Once i turned it around 180 degrees, everything seated up properly. Not sure if that's your issue.

WOW...LOL
so my user error. In my excitement of getting it and putting the diffuser on. I forgot to remove the fan grill that is held on by the screws and it was causing it to bow out.
edit..Well it still doesnt fit really tight but it does fit little better so I guess its good enough. Its holding enough it couldnt fall off.
