Includes both return nozzles, return pump, and the leveling mat. The tank served as a holding tank for a few months. It is like new aside two very, very small scratch (approx. 1/2" & shallow) on the side pane of glass. I tried getting picture, to no avail. I am pretty OCD about such things and they didn't bother me but you could buff them out if you really wanted too. Local pick up only; located in Boca Raton, FL.
