My ammonia is super high and I’m not sure why it is this high or how to lower it.

That’s the nitrite test

see how it’s blue at the top, the ammonia is green or yellow

post the full tank picture of the aquarium

if your tank wasn’t cycled, the pics of it would look opposite of how they’re about to look after carrying live animals for three months.

Hey that’s a bit hazier than most, and corals are closed up. Any dead fish left rotting in the tank? That’s what it takes to overcome the cycle set back a few months ago.

post with white lights only please no blue, it will help in troubleshooting.
have you dosed or added anything

The hammer isn’t closed up it just got eaten

Hey neat troubleshooting run here. No I don’t see why ammonia would be out of control the surface area is high and what common nano reefs use, good rock and sand like that. Not several fish swimming around, no reason to be out of control. Very nice rock too. It’s not that unclear now that whites are on, if it was my tank I would just do a large water change that pours back in very slowly so the sand is not kicked up, making more clouding. There’s nothing to buy or dose for the issue, cycles don’t undo after three months so there is some other challenge going on other than ammonia

I just figured out when I was testing I accidentally used the nitrite and ammonia

Not a prob. The tank looks fine and with a decent water change all w be cruising along. Your zoanthids are open, its nice looking rock and the chromis fish seems normal in the top pics / good to go
