(My warranty actually started a short time before I actually received the product) but to be fair, this is generally how it works. Rick in the past has had a schedule of 2-4 weeks turnaround depending on the order. Have you called his number or sent an email to him personally? He seems willing to talk to people who are less than satisfied with their service.
