I just installed my neptune, and i installed the ORP probe in my sump with other probes. And orp is showing 186. I read the range should be 200-500. Should i be worried guys?

Is there a problem with your tank, or a number on a screen?Im going to need that? **** man. I just started this tank its 36 gallons display 18 gallons sump.
Number on the screen. Its not cycled yet. Just rocks and sand for now and wave makers running. Is there a problem with your tank, or a number on a screen?
Don't even worry a little.Number on the screen. Its not cycled yet. Just rocks and sand for now and wave makers running.
Why not haha? It shouldnt be 200-500?Don't even worry a little.

I dont have the neptune salinity probe. Didnt buy it because its not accurate and not a single good review.Wait it out. Sounds like you still have a new tank. Give it time for the equipment, and the biome, to settle down. Just wait for the 'fun' of getting the salinity (conductivity) probe dialed in.![]()
In an established reef, sure. You're not there yet. Redox is neat, but frankly most people ignore it, and many have successful tanks without screwing with it. You probably don't have the organic load in your tank yet for redox to even be...the same...as it is in a mature reef.
