I ordered corals for the frag grow out contest and I reviewed both awesome frags and exceptional customer service ! I deal with many wholesalers and coral farmers for my job, but when ordering for myself, I will continue to choose Reef Gardener! I first learned of Morgan's place on Facebook and she always had the coolest stuff! Her prices are comparable to the wholesale prices I get at work! I've been recommending Reef Gardener to clients of mine for awhile now, but I placed my first order at the start of the frag grow out contest. I already had a Zoa, but I needed an Acan and an Acro, so that's what I looked for. I ended up getting a Green Freeze Acan and a purple power Acro for the contest as well as a True Purple Capricornis and Tyree Sunset Montipora. When I opened up the package, I found I got a free-bee red colored Acan frag in addition to my order:) Upon opening everything up, I saw that my Acro frag had a white tip and a white spot on the one side. After acclimating and adding the corals to my reef, I went back to work (I came home for lunch to get them in) and when I returned home 4 hours later, the Acro was almost completely bleached out and the flesh was blowing off of it. I was not upset as I know that things happen, but I did want to get another frag of it for the contest. I emailed Morgan that evening and she responded promptly. I explained the situation and how I wanted another for the contest. She replaced the frag for me and asked that I pay half the shipping, which I was more than happy to do. My replacement frag was shipped the next day and arrived in perfect health. The new frag is doing great and has awesome color! I will deffinently be ordering from Reef Gardener again, hopefully soon! It is also great to support small businesses and the service you receive is always top notch! Do yourselves a favor and check it out!

Moved to vendor feedback, thanks

My pleasure, glad your corals are doing great and hope you win the grow out contest so you can collect a gift certificate from Reefgardener.net :]
