Very sturdy algae

Hey everyone,

Thanks for checking my post. I have an algae "issue" where i have a really hard green algae growing all over my tank.
Its mostly on my roks and my glass. I bought a Flipper magnet scraper with razorblades to get it off my glass. It works really well but some parts just do not get clean with a razorblade.
I made a picture of my tank and i hope someone can identify it. and maybe even give a suggestion on how to get it off my glass.

i have 6 trochus snails, a pistol shrimp/goby a cleaner shrimp and a emerald crab. in a 60l tank

oh ok, I was thinking of using an aquarium algae killer product, but most are toxic to inverts.

i have 6 trochus snails, a pistol shrimp/goby a cleaner shrimp and a emerald crab. in a 60l tank

my trochus snails seem to love it, my cleaner and emerald crab dont get onto it

It's probably a combo of algaes. I wouldn't worry. It most likely is Coralline algae. It often starts off green (but there is also a green variety I think).

I wouldn't freak out and dump chemicals.
Best thing to remove it is an Urchin.
Tuxedo, Variegated, or Rock/Shortspine Urchins are all amazing choices, and will eat any algae.
Rock Urchins in particular decimate algae

Also use a blank credit/gift card to scrape the glass. Works really well.
