very weak copepod culture from Algaebarn

we received our order of the 5280 three species mix last week and while i wasn't there to see the package my father was. he described it as "a minimal seed culture at best". he said there couldn't have been more than 100 copepods in the package. neither of us are new to the hobby, at one time we used to run our own cultures of copepods. both of us agree that this was a waste of $45. I wish he would have taken a picture of the culture before adding them, then we might have some claim for a refund or replacement however he thought there was nothing we could do and just added them to the tank anyways.

My apologies, I'm not use to issues with livestock orders being handled like this. Algae barn customer service has been prompt and generous in fixing this problem. My mistake.
