VHO Ballast questions Urgent

Hey, my friend was nice enough to give me some vho endcaps wired together with a white connector on the end that goes into a ballast. His ballast was not working so thats why i have it now the ballast doesn't have any writing on it and looks exactly like this Champion Lighting & Supply :: Lighting :: VHO Fluorescent :: ARO VHO Retros :: ARO VHO Electronic VHO ballast w/ Harness . since the ballast doesn't work i was going to get this ARO VHO Ballast, 220W - AquaCave and somehow open up the old ballast casing and swap each other out. Does anyone know if this ballast from aqua cave has the white connectors on them that go into the connector harness from the vho end caps and wires section. Please anyone who has ever done this before please help. I dont wanto buy the ballast then learn that i need to go on a wild goose chase to get it to work and spend a ton of money.

pick up a work horse7 ballast from home depot thats what i use for my vho's it works gret....

im not smart with wiring and stuff and on the endcaps now its all wired and has a quick disconnect piece that fits into the champion lighting pic. My ballast looks exactly like that one- so could i buy a new pfo and swap them somehow i wouldn't care about a housing and i can make a power cord easily its the quick disconnect piece that doesn't seem to show that there is one in the aquacave pic,

the aquacave one is just a ballast, no adapters
it would be easier to just cut the quick disconnect from the busted ballast and connect it to the new ballast then transferring the actual components

i busted apart the old ballast housing and i guess when they make those they dont put any writing on the inside ballast so i couldnt tell if it is 100% pfo but the dimensions measured same and it was the same exact picture.
