will vho's be enough light to for zoanthids to grow under? I'm looking at setting up an all zoa tank and have a 4 bulb vho fixture lying around. tank is a 33 long (48x12x12). think it'll make a nice little zoa tank.

anybody have an all vho zoanthid tank?

I say yes. Zoas grow very easily in my experience. Also a 12" deep tank doesn't require that much light to penetrate.

Definitely yes, but you may actually find that with 440 watts (I'm assuming they're all 4ft 110w bulbs) it's too much light for some. May not want to run all four all day, or only do 2-3 bulbs. VHO's are a perfectly acceptable light source for zoas/palys, but the heat and energy consumption are really their downfall.
