VHO's

I have a extra vho set up that I am thinking about adding the my MH set up. I was wondering about how much extra par would two 4ft vho's add, blue actinic bulbs? Also would it be worth adding them to two 400w halides that I already have?

The par won't be that much but your corals will pop!!!! Vhos are the only way to go man... Nothing brings out blues in corals better the vhos.... Wouldn't trade mine for anything...

Ok because I am setting up a new light set up and Ill be running 400w radiums and I was just wondering if it was worth adding these to my set up.

I run vho's with my Radiums as well! 11hrs of vho and 6 hrs of halides.
