Vibrant and cucumber question

I’m on my fifth treatment with vibrant to decrease a turf algae problem. It seems to be working well. No I’ll effects so far. Fish fine, crabs fine etc. however, I awoke this morning to a smaller yellow cucumber hanging out at the top corner glass of the tank. Never up anywhere near this. It’s only been seen weaving it’s way through the rock. Question: is this behavior somehow linked to the Vibrant? I have not supplemented the tank with any type of plankton etc. the tank is 4 months old. Nothing about the tank has changed proper to this. All parameters are all stable.

I appreciate your response. Sadly the CuC got worse over time and I had to remove it. Possibly a reduction in food supply? A shame though.
