Vibrant as a quarantine dip

Would this product be one tool for quarantining frags and invertibrates? I would not dip the entire coral frag, but just the base or substrate that shows some algae. Thinking that this could be an alternative or back up for hydrogen peroxide dipping.
 
In a quarantine tank for new corals vibrant dosing would work on algae. As far as just dipping the frag in vibrant wouldn’t really do anything.
 
Vibrant Liquid Aquarium Cleaner Ingredients -

95% Cultured Bacteria Blend
1% Amino Acids (Aspartic Acid)
0.5% Vinegar - This is used as the preservative
3.5% Other Ingredients (RO/DI Water)
