Started dosing vibrant 5 weeks ago. Before and after pictures attached. I have a biocube 32 and was doing 4ml of vibrant every Monday and Thursday. I did water changes on same day prior to dose, 4 gallons per water change. During same period I dosed h202 at lights out 20ml twice a week. I also switched from chemipure elite to blue. Read a few forums that the GFO in elite can be counterproductive with vibrant. Dealt with some cyano after gha went away. Just kept with water changes and dosing and took care of the cyano mostly to this point. Will continue for a few more weeks but switching to dosing once per week. Will use vibrant in the future

Yes it works. Had a bad outbreak of turf and GHA and it totally took out the turf algae. It hasn't eliminated all my GHA but has cleared up significantly. Was dosing twice a week but laid off for awhile since my tuxedo urchin died. Have been dosing weekly now but might even cut that back to biweekly. Replaced my urchin with a halloween which has been doing a great job. I'm not too keen on getting rid of all my GHA since my tiger cowrie eats it also.

Have you seen what it does to acroporas?
I have used it in the past with SPS without any issues....but this last time I tried it, it did not go well. It wasn't due to nutrients bottoming out either since I tested daily during use. The stuff is very hit or miss.... with me anyways.

That's what makes the hobby so unique, never know what the end result is going to be

So true....it would be so much easier though if every tank reacted the same lol.

Considered vibrant, but been keeping a sea hare and feeding it nori regularly, keeping most of the algae under control & exporting nutrients :D Though now that the GHA is under control I have a few bubble algae spreading, and don't really want an emerald
