I recently experienced a serious problem with a nuisance hair and turf algae; nitrates were running around 4 ppm and phosphates around .06 ppm. I read some success stories and saw an informational video on BRS on YouTube. I decided to give Vibrant Reef Cleaner a shot and I was definitely not disappointed. Within a week I noticed an immediate improvement in surface algae (on the glass and sand) and saw steady progress from weeks 1-4. I’m now on week 6 and bi-weekly I physically removed large pieces of the turf algae and continued dosing 1 ml of vibrant for each 10 gallons of aquarium water, twice a week. The results have been very impressive. I only have a few soft corals in this tank like xenia, Kenya tree corals and some green hairy mushrooms along with a clean up crew and several fish. Has anyone else experimented wit Vibrant Reef Cleaner and have you seen any long term negative results?
