(Video) Current Marine Controller - A quick presentation

Hello everyone,

I wasn't sure if i should publish this video or not, i had an issue with audio and i don't go in depth (I love the abyss )
BUT that being said, when I was at MACNA 2018 in Las Vegas i did a quick overview of Current Marine Controller, Super simple and "cheap" compared to other brands
Didn't know it exists actually so if anyone has experience with it let me know.


I hope by this video it shows alternative that people don't know about!

I've got the whole LOOP system minus the Bluetooth controller but that will come in a couple weeks.

Started with just the return pump and have added everything else to it.

Great to know, what are the pros and cons in general with this system?

1 con that I have found so far is the cable from the light to the HUB being pretty short. I had to order an extension in order to mount to the inside of the cabinet door with the rest of the electronics. $14 fixed this. This being said I haven't got the lights in use yet as the extension was just ordered last night.

The magnets aren't very strong on the wave pumps holding on my 1/2" glass but they do stay put. I wouldn't attempt with 3/4" though.

I think the Bluetooth controller add on will make it more convenient but I'll find out.
