I het always notification from the heartbeat.i says apex disconnect
Every single day.its driving me insane
How do i prevent this??? I checkd my forwarding port and it seems ok.
It think.what could triggeren this? Please help me out.

Many times it is issues with your isp. Others it is your home networking gear. I also know we have been fine tuning the networking in about every release of the AOS so make sure your Apex is up to date.

I know the area where I live at we have "lag" periods where most of the neighborhood seems to have the same ISP and my services will either be slowed down to less than a snail crawl or completely disconnected momentarily. Don't have anything like the APEX in use at this time, but these are good tips to remember.
Showy we have good connection, I notice that more people do have this with the apex. Monday passes the ISP to control everything from modem and internet connection, I hope this is okay. if this is okay then it must be the apex. however frustrating for this type of device. I have almost all of apex from a to z, then this ..... frustrating

Terence, I have the Apex Jr model with Firmware v4.40J Build #1. Is this the latest for my model. I know it says Firmware updates for classic only...I just want to make sure, I just set mine up today...TIA.
AOS is for the 2016 Apex. The Apex, ApexJr and the Apex lite all use the Classic Firmware that was just released.

I've had the cable company check my modem and lines and they say they're good. But I've had heartbeat from the beginning and this has been happening mainly this week.

Monday they come also to check if this is all it can be malformed ... no different that those at the apex itself .so which have to solve them or shire once everything now!
