Looks good from the photo. Good movement is important to allow the escape of C02 and to re-Oyxgenate the water which all living things need in your tank. If its splashing over the top and irritating your corals then cutting it down is suggested.

Ok thanks. Definitely has lots more circulation now. Everything's seems fine except coco worm hasn't come on since I added a few hr ago. I dnt have it pointed in its direction

They will come back out once they get use to the pattern of the flow. I have a few and they stayed closed for a week or so bit got use to the flow and do very well.
