photobucket or youtube are the best places to post them. once on photobucket or you tube there will give you a link you can post on this site in a thread. on photobucket its called an IMG link

which looks like
[ URL=http://s113.photobucket.com/albums/n238/killingseed/action=view&current=6b071839.flv ][ IMG ]http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n238/killingseed/th_6b071839.jpg[ /IMG ][ /URL ]

when posted you get this.

I am having problems getting it onto photobucket, I have the file saved in videos and when I try to upload it the file is not there. But if I just go to it the file is there.

just for grins ,maybe explain in more detail as what you are doing. true location of file? where are you viewing it at? just for the heck of it do you know what format of the file?

the quality sucks going to youtube, not sure why it looks so bad on there. Its not that grainy on my computer from the file

I added the youtube quotes to make the link appear as it does on the last one.

If you can't remember then you just open up the "advanced" editor area where you post and there is a YOUTUBE icon. Just click that and then place your link in the middle and your good to go.

Your tank looks great! I think you need a little more water movement though.
