Hello, !
I got a live rock from a friend for my new tank, now I can see some kind of vine polyps
I don’t feel it’s good sign !, I don’t have coral yet so I was thinking if it’s a bad thing I could take it out or dipped it in something .. what do you guys think ?
The video should be clear

Those are feather duster worms of some sort. Not bad at all. Really cool to have a little colony growing. I'd love to have them like that. The more living diversity in your tank, the better. Think of your reef as an ecosystem. The more diverse the life is, the more stable it can be and can support more of the things we like and pay so much for. Balance comes from the eco-diversity.

Feather duster worms. They are filter feeders. Pretty harmless and not bad to have. Will disappear after awhile if they aren't getting enough food out of the water column.
