I have about 50 gallons total Sump/Main Tank. Looking at chart I start with 1.6ML every day for 3 days then on day 4 up the dose to 3.2ml? After a week those our weekly doses or daily doses? Week 2 says 7.2ml. I am guessing to do a small doses daily to reach the 7.2ml, correct?

Just follow the chart from one number to the next. Years back I followed this chart with no issues on a 29 gallon tank.

Those values are daily doses. In short vinegar dosing is a form of carbon dosing and will feed bacteria that will reduce nitrates. Important to have a well running skimmer while carbon dosing.

Randy Holmes Farley actually highly recommends doing a 50% 50% vodka to vinegar solution as the best form of carbon dosing.

The vodka needs to be 80 proof and the cheapest off the shelf.

I've used the 50 50 solution with phenomenal success that bought back some corals that were 90% dead to 100% thriving
