Vinegar water change

Hello! I’m having some trouble I did a heater change and when I tested an hour later the PH was kinda okay but not where I wanted it the internet said to put A ML of vinegar for each gallon of water .. so that’s what I did ... and then I found out u we’re not supose to do that so I did a 1 gallon water change Bc I only put 20 ML what else do I do

I would do a few more gallons for a water change. And keep monitoring your tank. Should be all good.

Could that much vinegar wipe out a filter bed?
I mean it isn’t that much but vinegar is used a lot for cleaning tanks and stuff
