Viparspectra 165w setting?

I recently decided to buy this light . I have a 10 gallon tank. 13 inch height. What setting and how high above water level should I put it .

I have an SBReeflights SBOX 16 Basic (also 165W led). It's mounted 10'' above the water level of my 13'' deep IM Nuvo Fusion 20. I run the whites at the lowest setting (10%) and blues at 30% as was suggested by the manufacturer. I have a mixed reef tank with some sps and lps and everything seems to like that light level.

I run them 8 inches above my water, whites 25%, blues 80%, blues on from 11am to 9pm, whites from 2pm to 730pm
