I did order 2 of the lights. I have them at 10% blue and 1% white. That level seems brighter than what the Current put out. Kenny99 mentioned that I may need 3 and there is some shadowing in the middle. I will wait a bit and see how the tank reacts And then decide if I want to add a third or some other light in the middle. The lights were easy to program and easy to change the settings.

I’d bring the lights up a little higher. You could probably get full coverage at 8-10” and better light blending too without having to get another fixture. They’ll be plenty powerful even at that hight when you eventually add sps.

For reference, I had my boxes 10” over the water and was running 20% white, 40% blue. They had no problems growing zoas and lps at that setting.

Raised mine up to about that level. Still ramping up the %. Also was fighting GHA outbreak. Treating with reef flux so I’m keeping the lights down some during that. Seems to be working between the reef flux and my tang and rabbit fish.

I have 3 over my 60” 120 gallon, at 8” above the tank. 8” below the water surface at 60 blue and 20 white I’m getting par readings between 350-420ish. I posted my par readings not too long ago on another viparspectra thread. I don’t know if you can look up my post history or search the thread.
I don’t quite remember the exact number but it’s between that range. Sps frags seem happy enough.
my only real complaint is the clocks go out of sync frequently. By like 15 minutes between lights. They need constant reprogramming. It’s not hard but annoying.

How deep is your tank ? and would you ramp up and ramp down if you can ?
