Viparspectra 165w

Hello i have a 40 gallon breeder with a viparspectra 165w. I currently have my blues at 5 and whites at 0. Was wondering if anyonw knows what is a good setting for blues and whites with this specific light and tank. Thank you

You may want to start in the 20/2 or 30/3 range and then listen to your corals and make adjustments from there. Good luck!

Height is key BRS said 18inches. I run 100 blues on em and at 5 plus white theyll beat out blues.
