viparspectra 300 watt aquarium lights

I have 4 of these lights, all less than a year old. I purchased a new tank and decided to go with something different.

How long are they ? Can they ne programmed to ramp up ?

The where purchased in January of the year and can only change the percentage and time , for example. I’m running my tank on 30% blue for 6 hour and 10 % white for 4 hours

There is no way these things actually put out 300 watts is there? There's got to be some catch. Yeah and while they're cheap the same light as made by multiple Chinese brands and the quality control tends to be on par with a better be ready to buy another
