viparspectra reef light height

Hello,

For those of you that have viparspectra reef lights what height above the tank do you have yours?

I'll be putting mine in a canopy over a 75g tank that I'm building.

I also will be putting t5 fixtures on either side of the viparspectra to make an led hybrid.

I have mine 9" above the water. I'm running 50% blues and 15% whites

I'll mock it up to see how it looks. I just wasn't sure about how the spread of light would look.

I'm making a custom canopy for the tank and the light height will determine how tall the canopy needs to be.

I’m about 10” above tank. Running 53% blue, 13% white.

I’ve read about people modifying these ViparSpectras by adding blues. Have you guys done that?
