Visio Aquarium 4x2x2

Anyone has this size aquarium from Visio, center braced, 4x2x2. I bought this used and trying to figure out the glass thickness (for my mp40). What I can see the thickness is between 3/8" to 1/2". But I am not sure.

Just put the pump on the glass and see how well it holds.

I have the pump at 1/2" spacer and for 3 days so far and holding fine, just want to make sure if the glass only 3/8", this won't break the glass. Once in awhile I will hear rattling noise from the wetside for several minutes then it goes away by itself. Ecotech said it maybe due to either wrong spacer or need to clean the wetside

As I don't use Ecotech, I do use Tunze and those magnets are extremely strong. With anything you just want to make sure you have a snug tight fit. If it's rattling then you may have too big of a spacer.
