Great operation.

I snagged their last Vortech backup battery today and while I was there i decided to try out some Fritz salt and couldn't resist snagging some corals.

I met the owner, owners wife and staff and got to peek into their warehouse.

Talked with the owner, Scott Groseclose about future plans for getting a bigger sump and I spent quite a bit of time looking at their frag tanks.

I don't want to name their staff members for privacy reasons but Scott's name is on the website so I figure should be fine... Anyway, thanks for the help today, you know who you are!

Going to have to make a trip every month or so.

Only complaint is that they are not closer.

While you were there you should've told Scott to hurry my order along. I've got a Tunze pump grating cover coming from him. Need it today as I'm turning out some new fish from social acclimation out of my acclimation box that's in the DT. I would feel a lot better if that pump was screened. I think I'll just turn off that particular pump until the screen gets here.

BTW, Newb73, I heard you shouldn't turn those BBU's upside down because the battery acid runs down to the topside where the terminals are.

Looked into it. It was a definite problem with the old ice cap battery but I can't find ANYTHING in Ecotechs literature or any where about it on the new version
