No comprende amigo. I don't see any progress. It looks like your zoas are opening. What does vitamin C have to do with it?

So what dosage did you use? Also what dosage did you start at and how long did dose before upping the dose?

Can only tell you that now I am aroud 1k daily (only for a few days)

preceding that I go by magic and feeling it out and adjusted dosages on the fly.

pufferpunk is the one who started throwing oranges into the ocean. shehas some dosage charts written up.

Thanks for the info. Also the Zoa's are looking great.

I have followed her dosage chart and it caused some problems. I believe that I went to fast in dosing (ramped between 5ppm to 30 ppm in 3 weeks). So I was just wondering what dosage you had success with.

keep an eye on your PH, your parameters get thown around can cause issues.

I do less ramping up. Very little. I prefer to avoid dependency and resilience on it. I don want them getting used to the vit c. grated more dangerous, but ah well, I like to play with fire.
