what vitamins and/or food I can give my corals that is very beneficial for my aquarium?

Corals are animals, and while they get some nutritiom from the sugars their zooxanthellae produce, they also like to eat. Different corals are specialized at feeding off of different foods. But they certainly benefit from feedings.

Vitamin supplements are more of a matter of debate. While corals need them for sure, some feel that they get what they need from feedings, etc. Others recommend their addition through supplementatio.

Personally, I add them, and feel my corals grow faster with them, but it is nothing scientific. Perhaps [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG] has more insights.

First off how long is this tank running?
Second I see only two corals at the moment.
Can you give us some test results on this tank?

FWIW, I've never seen any clear evidence that corals benefit from vitamins dissolved in the water, and if so, which ones or how much might be useful.

Many "vitamin" products sold to reefers have so many different types of things in them (trace metals, amino acids, carbohydrates, potassium, fatty acids, etc.) that one cannot draw conclusions about what was useful, even if the whole product is thought to be useful.

Wait a minute that SPS should not be placed in a tank that new. I see people do this all the time. Crazy stuff. It takes me a year to where I feel comfortable in place SPS that nice in my reef. Hey but what do I know I have only been keeping SPS since 1990.:)
You need to keep your Calcium and Alkalinity Stable and I do mean STABLE. This requires in a tank checking it every few days when you have a new aquarium and maybe once a week later after you have you cal and alk dosing set in stone and working like clock work.
Now I keep SPS so I use additives that I find helpful for color and growth. If you keep a mixed reef and don't really care how your SPS or spend a lot of time testing and observing the additives I could see how one might think it doesn't help but it does. Many tanks other there to prove that one.:)
In your case focus on Cal and Alk getting them locked in and CONSTANT. This will be the most beneficial to you.
