Placed a first time order with Vivid Aquarium December 2019 - got an email from them stating that shipping will resume after the holidays ( no big deal , i understand )
Got my order this afternoon 01/07/2020 around 3:30 pm.

Open up my box of goodies , the frags were looking sweet. Super excited , did a quick dip to remove any unwanted hitchhikers . ( none was visible ) very happy about that.
Rummage through the box trying to find statement or invoice of the name of the frags. no where to be found...none of the bags were label with the names, i have no idea which frag is which. guess i'll have to play guessing games and try to put a name to my new frags.

spent close to 7 bills. / a little disappointed

This thread is in vendor feedback, only the OP and @Vivid Aquariums are permitted to post.
This is to hopefully keep a clean slate for a potential resolution to be met.
Thank you,

Crabs
