Voogle?

So I am looking to use Voogle for regular maintenance once a week. The directions say to remove the absorbent material. My question is how long do I need to remove it for? That part is unclear.

I am just not familiar with the Voogle product...actually never heard of it before, lol. Maybe a bump of the thread tonight or someone from #reefsquad may have used this before!

I've never used it. I question it with "squinty" eyes honestly. In all due respect.
