Vortech anti-sync w/reefcrest mode

I have 3 MP40s setup in my 6' x 2' tank. I have them setup in anti sync mode. I am starting to question if you are losing a whole lot of flow when using anti sync. The flow can be really good at times and then be the opposite when two are ramping down. My tank will be SPS dominant in the end.

What is your guys' opinions on this?

How can they be programmed so that there is random flow but at the same time, not too many periods of very little flow?

Sync 2 anti sync 1 of them. I much prefer tidal swell over reef crest

In any anti sync mode when one pump gains power the other slows down. In some modes 2 pumps are only slightly more powerful than one.
Sometimes I don't sync them.
I don't generally need that much flow anymore for my tanks
