I purchased this equipment(with exception of the MP10) about 6 months ago because I was going to set up a 40B grow out/frag tank, but plans have changed and will be moving soon and won't be setting up this tank. Shipping is included and will be the cheapest of USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.

Vortech MP-10WES has April 2011 mfg date. Still works well and hasn't been used since April because I replaced it with another MP40. Asking $185 shipped.

The following are still new in box and have never been used:

ATI 6x24 Sunpower with unfired bulbs - 4 Blue+, 1 KZ New Gen, and 1 Purple+. Asking $520 shipped.
Speedwave DC-3000. Asking $110 shipped.

Jw how were you going to use a 24in light fixture on a 36in tank?

Based on recommendations from premium and reefgeek, that was my best option to grow out sps and lps.

You don't have to have the light the same length of tank depending on how you mount your leg. If your using legs your light must be the length of your tank. If your hanging your light from above then it doesn't matter. The light would easily cover 6" to both sides and give you a little better light coverage the other way because the light can be slightly higher.

Also have a BRS 2 Part Doser – 1.1 mL per minute pump. Used for a week and will sell for $60 shipped.

Price drop: $480 for the sunpower and lights. $100 for the pump.

Reefgeek.com and premium aquatics. Based on their recommendations it should cover a 40b.

So would it cover a 40b?

That ATI light will be perfect for a 40 breeder. I use a 36" over a 48" tank right now, and I did run a 24" over a 40 gallon breeder with great results.

I second this I like one size down because it easily covers the tank and takes less electric and you get less of that annoying light escaping over the ends if the tank.
GLWS that's a top notch light
